At Clare, we want you to love your home transformation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened paint cans and unused supplies within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring that paint lids are securely fastened and protected with the provided clips.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
